HOW TO GET PROTEIN OTHER THAN FROM MEAT

MEAT IS NOT THE ONLY SOURCE OF PROTEIN

For years, i have heard people touting that the main sources of protein was beef and other animal
products. I knew this to not be the fact, because there is a wealth of alternatives to getting our daily
supply of protein without compromising our vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. I personally am not either
vegetarian nor vegan, but i do continue to strive and limit the amount of animal products that i consume, especially beef. -brother teacher
