DON'T TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT TOO FAST!

Hey Brother Teacher here. On Losing weight , please take your time. You gained  over a period of time, so
it's going to take a little time to drop the pounds.

Listen, if you are not obese and you've gained just a few pounds, then you have a great chance of success in a short period of time. For instance, say you've gained 10 to 20 pounds. You are on your way.

If however you are obese and you have picked up thirty, forty or more pounds. In this case it may take
a bit longer but believe this..EVERYONE CAN LOSE WEIGHT!

Please don't go on some instant Diet in an attempt melt all your fat off in a few days. This could be very
unhealthy and even dangerous, especially if you have certain health problems

WHERE DO YOU BEGIN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY

Hey this is Brother Teacher ready to get you started. First lets look at where we are today with our weight.
Don't be a slave to your scale. Your scale is simply a tool used to gauge where our weight is at the moment.

We can easily become discouraged by what the scale reads our weight to be. Our bodies fluctuate by a
few pounds everyday, because of water weight. In other words, we lose weight through perspiration,
urination and even water evaporation.  We in turn gain water weight through drinking fluids and eating certain
foods such as fruits such as melons,citrus etc.


Can you tell me what you are doing to control your weight or maintain it? Losing weight can be complex if you allow it to be.
