DON'T TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT TOO FAST!

Hey Brother Teacher here. On Losing weight , please take your time. You gained  over a period of time, so
it's going to take a little time to drop the pounds.

Listen, if you are not obese and you've gained just a few pounds, then you have a great chance of success in a short period of time. For instance, say you've gained 10 to 20 pounds. You are on your way.

If however you are obese and you have picked up thirty, forty or more pounds. In this case it may take
a bit longer but believe this..EVERYONE CAN LOSE WEIGHT!

Please don't go on some instant Diet in an attempt melt all your fat off in a few days. This could be very
unhealthy and even dangerous, especially if you have certain health problems
