FORGET NEW YEARS-IT'S TIME NOW

Get ready set -Push up. Hey don't wait until New Years to start your work out or diet plan. Just plan to start now.

 All you need is a little motivation and i just finished working out. How about that?

I said not too long ago that the first day of the week is a good
way to keep up with your progress, while jotting it down in 
a journal.  You don't need anything fancy. If you want,just a 
nice size note pad.

Make sure that you date every entry on each day that you-
train, and keeping up with what you eat everyday is in 
your journal could prove to be helpful as well.

GUESS WHAT- I'M READY TO DROP SOME POUNDS

I Just started a few weeks ago watching very carefully what i eat. How about you?

There still are certain things i enjoy but i eat them on occasion and not often.

The secret to success is to just do it and when you finally decide, the pounds will melt away.


Are you ready to see where your path to  success will take you? then lets go..
Below you will find some key points to weight loss while you are on the journey.
Please apply these to your own program and if you need help then drop a post..


  • Start your program on the first day of week if possible/Sunday
  • Make sure you go to store and load up on fruits and veggies for the week
  • Start your morning off with nothing but a fruit bowl(mixed) with a glass of water always
  • For lunch you can have something light,such as tuna salad on wheat or rye 
  • For supper chicken or fish baked along with  green beans or spinach and a wheat roll
  • Always have at least a glass of water with each meal,along with your coffee or tea
  • Take at least ten minutes to stretch from head to toe when waking and before bed
  • Eliminate white sugar and anything made with it,also get rid of white flour products
  • Never consume anything that says diet or low in fat
  • Never use artificial sweeteners, such as Nutra Sweet,Sweet n Low and Equal
  • Don't get on the scale everyday.Just at the end of each week/Saturday
  • Keep a daily journal of what you eat and your exercise routine

BETTER LATE THAN NEVER

It has been said that there is no better time like the present to do anything you
want to do. Well i agree and i am asking from you for a call to action.

I currently weigh about one hundred eighty pounds and i am five nine in
height. I feel that i want to lose about fifteen pounds in the next thirty days-
and i will. Why you might ask? Because i choose to .

Have you made your mind up today? If not lets do it because i truly believe
in you.

Set your goal, set your coarse and lets get going. Don't forget, i am here

Hello dear friends and blessings.

It's brother teacher here, hoping that everyone has had a happy Thanksgiving weekend. Now it's time to get in those jeans ladies:) and to get off the couches men.

I don't really believe in making New Year resolutions, because you can make a resolution anytime,-
just like Nike's saying, "Just Do It".

Well that is what we are going to do with the help of each other. I appologize for my not blogging in some time, but now i am back on a mission. I have just had my hands too full at the time and now i'm here to stay.

I want to know what are your concerns about your health today. Tell me if you have lost any weight
in the recent months, if you need some help on your diet choices, or even if  you feel that your case is hopeless.

I want to tell you now that there is always hope, and that you can do it. Just believe! If you have any problems believing, then just send me a post and we will try to put you at ease.
