FORGET NEW YEARS-IT'S TIME NOW

Get ready set -Push up. Hey don't wait until New Years to start your work out or diet plan. Just plan to start now.

 All you need is a little motivation and i just finished working out. How about that?

I said not too long ago that the first day of the week is a good
way to keep up with your progress, while jotting it down in 
a journal.  You don't need anything fancy. If you want,just a 
nice size note pad.

Make sure that you date every entry on each day that you-
train, and keeping up with what you eat everyday is in 
your journal could prove to be helpful as well.
