There still are certain things i enjoy but i eat them on occasion and not often.
The secret to success is to just do it and when you finally decide, the pounds will melt away.

- Start your program on the first day of week if possible/Sunday
- Make sure you go to store and load up on fruits and veggies for the week
- Start your morning off with nothing but a fruit bowl(mixed) with a glass of water always
- For lunch you can have something light,such as tuna salad on wheat or rye
- For supper chicken or fish baked along with green beans or spinach and a wheat roll
- Always have at least a glass of water with each meal,along with your coffee or tea
- Take at least ten minutes to stretch from head to toe when waking and before bed
- Eliminate white sugar and anything made with it,also get rid of white flour products
- Never consume anything that says diet or low in fat
- Never use artificial sweeteners, such as Nutra Sweet,Sweet n Low and Equal
- Don't get on the scale everyday.Just at the end of each week/Saturday
- Keep a daily journal of what you eat and your exercise routine
